Work Description: 
Thymus vulgaris is a plant species in the mint family, Lamiaceae. Thyme's medicinal properties including soothing sore throats, curing chest congestion, inducing saliva, and remedying chest infections. Thyme or Greek thymos, meaning "perfume," is recognized by its small, tubular flowers of white or pink-lavender shades.
